Q. Is my credit card information secure?
A. Yes. The CWF Shop and Save Wildlife store uses Convio for secure, online payment processing.  

Q. When will I receive my order?
A. Please allow 3-4 weeks for shipping and handling.

Please make cheque/money order payable to Canadian Wildlife Federation or provide your credit card number. Your order can not be processed if not accompanied by payment. 

Q. Can I phone or fax in my order?
A. Yes. To order by phone call 1.877.599.5777, our customer service agents are available 8 a.m. to 5p.m., Monday through Friday. Faxed orders can be sent to 1.800.599.4428 

Q. The product I’ve ordered is a gift, can I have it shipped to a different address?
A. Yes. Just indicate the correct address in the shipment address fields.

Q: Do you accept COD (Cash on delivery) orders?
A: No. The Canadian Wildlife Federation will not ship any merchandise without complete and full payment received.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: $13 for all standard, domestic orders being shipped within Canada, $20 for all heavy goods orders being shipped within Canada and $25 for all international orders being shipped outside of Canada. Note that all heavy goods items are indicated as such on their individual product page.
